Some NBA 2K16 Tips to Help you play the game like God

We will talk some of NBA 2K16 tips before release in NBA 2K17. Simultaneously, we also have Cheap NBA 2K17 MT Coins for Sale.

NBA 2K16 is potentially the most realistic basketball game ever made, and can therefore be quite daunting. Now, more than ever, it's important to be able to play in a somewhat sensible fashion. No more reaching in to steal the ball at every given opportunity, and no more 1-on-5 fast break attempts; it's time to play smart.

Luckily, help is on the way. Here are a few tips and tricks to have you dominating the court in no time.

10. Play To Your Team's Strengths
This is where knowledge of the real-world NBA might come in handy. The first thing you should be able to do is identify your own team's strengths, whether using an existing NBA franchise or custom MyTeam roster. It's important to work out not only which of your players are the most dangerous, but why they are. It's no good having Steph Curry at point guard without letting fly from beyond the arc now and again.

Don't worry if you're an NBA novice. A quick glance at the stats should set you straight, but be careful not to over-rely on your biggest weapons. 2K16's improved realism means that stamina will play a key role, and no man can run the show for a full 48 minutes (even LeBron James).

9. Change The Camera Angle
The default TV broadcast-style camera angle may look pretty and feel like an ultra-slick ESPN broadcast, but it'll have you throwing stray passes left, right and centre. Instead, go for an angle from either end of the court, as shown in the image above.

This will give you a greater view of the entire floor, enabling you to see player cuts and identify defensive schemes with far greater ease. Also, make sure you turn the 'auto-flip' option on, keeping the camera behind whichever team has possession. Defending with your back to the basket may feel more realistic, but can also be incredibly restrictive. Being able to see everything behind you is much more useful.

8. Shooting Is About Selection And Timing
Although hardly a new tip, as it concerns a feature which has been a staple of NBA 2K for years now, it's still very important to pay attention to the shooting meter. Timing the release of your jump-shot to coincide with the right part of the bar can feel awkward at first, but will soon become a matter of muscle-memory. Be careful to remember that different players have faster and slower releases.

Shot selection is just as important as the actual timing of a release. Just like in real basketball, it makes no sense to throw up an ambitious attempt at the first opportunity. Look around the court for better-positioned teammates, pay attention to the shot clock, and try to avoid shooting with a defender's hand in your face. The best place to work on this is in MyCareer mode, where shot selection has an important bearing on your teammate grade.

7. Master The Art Of On-Ball Defense
Teach yourself to defend with both analogue sticks. Although the left stick controls basic movement, the right stick allows for more precise on-ball defense. A simple flick causes your player to quickly shuffle in that direction, keeping his shoulders square to the basket all the while. This should prevent the offensive player from beating you with a simple skill move, although more experienced ball-handlers may be more difficult to contain.

Certain players love beating their defender with all manner of dazzling crossovers, spin-moves, and sudden changes of direction. Although it's impossible to stop somebody 100 percent of the time, mastering the right analogue stick can greatly limit your opponent's success off the dribble. To defend with even greater

6. Learn How (And When) To Double-Team
The history of the NBA is littered with dominant offensive forces: Wilt Chamberlain, Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, Larry Bird, Michael Jordan, and so on. The current crop of unstoppable scorers include LeBron James, Steph Curry and James Harden - players with the capacity to open up an insurmountable points deficit on their own, taking the game away from their opponents within minutes.

2K16 has done a good job of reflecting the dominance of such players. However, just like in real life, there are ways of stopping (or at least limiting) their game-changing influence. One particularly effective tactic is the double-team (LB/L1) which can be used to stifle such dangerous players and even cause occasional turnovers.

Be careful when selecting a teammate to help with the double-team, as their man will be left open as a result; never leave a capable shooter open around the arc! It's also important to know when to release the button and revert to a more conventional defensive shape.
